A room upgrade was a nice surprise, too. the check-in was confusing, and parking can be pricey. One area that could be improved is the soundproofing of the rooms. I experienced disturbances from noisy guests during the night, which affected my sleep quality. It would be beneficial if the hotel could enhance the soundproofing to ensure a more peaceful stay for all guests. In terms of amenities, I appreciated the availability of room service for those times when I preferred to dine in the comfort of my room. I did encounter issues with the paid Wi, Fi in the rooms, as the connection was unreliable and difficult to access.
